Three of Cups

The Three of cups is one of the cards of the Minor Arcana. Depicted on this card are three maidens holding cups high in a pledge of friendship while standing amidst of fertile field of flowers and fruit. This is a card of harmony, gaety and celebration. When this card comes into your spread it's there to remind you to celebrate yourself and all things in your life. Some view the three maidens as the three fates. In this case it says you should feel free to celebrate life. Because your destiny is one of contentment. It also is one to remind you not to be excessive in the seeking of pleasure. Immediate gratification is one thing, long term gratification comes from tempering the desire to seek pleasure.
