Five of Pentacles

The Five of Pentacles is one of the cards of the Minor Arcana. Depicted on this card is a crippled man and a pauper woman passing a window of a church with five pentacles in it. Both are walking in a snowstorm. This card signifies a detachement from the spiritual side of life. When this card comes into the spread it normally indicates to me, the person has become so attached to material wealth and gain that they've become spirtually desolate. This is a card that reminds us, that money isn't everything that we shoud also maintain a proper perspective on the spiritual and emotional. This can also be a card of lost love, argument or misunderstanding.
