Joys—The planets are said to rejoice when in certain houses; Mercury (First House); the Moon (Third House); Venus (Fifth House); Mars (Sixth House); the Sun (Ninth House); Jupiter (Eleventh House); Saturn (Twelfth House).
Julian Calendar—A calendar introduced in Rome in 46 BCE, which overcame calendars based on Moon cycles and politics. It adopted 365 days from the Egyptians and introduced a leap year.
